Baliyas Denizcilik Enerji ve Petrol San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. was founded to provide the shipping industry with reliable, fast and high-quality marine fuel supply services.

More Than Half a Century of Maritime Tradition
Baliyas may be a new brand in bunkering, but it carries a maritime tradition of more than half a century. Since 1967, this journey — from ship repair and maintenance to shipbuilding, from ship management to fuel supply — has been the work of a passion for the sea passed down through generations.
Özen-İş Koll. Şti.
Nihat Özyazıcı entered the ship repair and maintenance business with Özen-İş Koll. Şti., which he founded at Karaköy Perşembe Pazarı.
Continuing with Özen-İş
Ship repair and maintenance activities continued without interruption under Özen-İş Koll. Şti., which remains active to this day.
Esenkıyı – Gemdok Shipyard
The next generation took over the flag, accelerating growth in shipbuilding with the Esenkıyı Denizcilik Shipyard and Yalova-based Gemdok Tersanecilik.
Esenyalı Ship Management
With the founding of Esenyalı Gemi İşletmeciliği, the group expanded into ship management.
